One of my absolute favorite bands is called Starset. They're Sci-fi based with a complete mythos around the band, their style is hard rock/Pink Floyd. The newer stuff is a lot harder, because they've gone from warning about a dystopian future to being pissed about it.
Well, in that case, let me introduce you to a gentleman named Keith Wallen (no relation to Morgan). Former guitarist of Adelita's Way, current guitarist for Breaking Benjamin (also highly recommend), but does loads of solo stuff. Wicked sweet guy, too.
