Drove out to some dark skies to see the Perseids meteor shower Sunday night and the sky delivered an extra surprise 😍

Me too, but nothing like you bagged! Only saw two or three meteors before I noticed red near the bottom of a frame, recomposed to get this. Was not in a good location for the aurora, but am happy nonetheless.

And what could your human eyes see? :)
