Liftoff! ULA's Vulcan-Centaur was successfully launched from LC-41 in Cape Canaveral, USA, for its Cert-2 flight at 11:25 UTC. But it looks like there was a problem with one of the solid boosters, but main stage was able to correct the poor performance by running longer before stage separation.
