Another space probe is currently being prepared for launch. The ESA probe Hera is scheduled to launch on October 7 at 14:52 UTC on a Falcon 9 to explore the two asteroids Didymos & Dimorphos in 2026. Dimorphos was hit by the NASA probe DART to test the possibility of asteroid defense. (Photos: ESA)
The ESA livestream of the launch of the Hera asteroid mission is on air: www.youtube.com/watch?v=O13S... The launch date of a Falcon 9 is still scheduled for 14:52 UTC. However, the weather is currently not favorable.
