I use uBlackList extension for this Slightly more sane results, but it's an ongoing war. That, and if set your default search engine to udm14.com it brings back some of the old product we used to like.

My coogle image search now requires adding a minus sign followed by AI-related keywords at the end of the search string. As in, '-AI', '-adobe", '-diffusion' or any other term or website that pops up along tbese fake search results.

If you're using ublock (if not then wtf you waiting for) you can use moderated AI sites blocklists, will eliminate all .ai sites from showing up anywhere, aswell as deviantart and any other platforms full of ai slop. Real game changer
