I just don't understand how anyone could enjoy motion blur, let alone enough to make it a default

There should be an option for motion blur for cutscenes only imo Or, heck, just design the game so it only have motion blur in cinematic stuffs.

I was enjoying it in the 2000s when it first became a thing, but now the novelty wore off. It's actually harder to see with it ON.
