It's a common problem. Same with academic titles. Men are given them, women's are often left out.

Depends on the young people, but I often think sensory-based activities can work well.

Fallon is always helping other people. It’s not hard to care for your own kids - in fact for some it’s a form of egotism (I write as a parent). See Tom and Natasha. I don’t know this person’s work but biological essentialism has not done women many favours historically.
