Having these apps show in Siri suggestions completely breaks the feature. More importantly, people using this feature for actual privacy and safety could be inadvertently put into a terrible situation. Imagine someone hiding resources they're using to get out of an abusive situation, for example.
Context for hidden apps: I use this to hide my social media apps, adding extra steps needed to open them: - tap on the hidden folder - face ID - tap app to open The apps being hidden breaks the visual trigger and the muscle memory associated with habitually checking them.
Context for re-springs: springboard is the built-in app that controls the home screen. A re-spring is this application restarting due to a bug or an error, and results in a black screen w/ spinning wheel, and then you land back at the lock screen. Easily happens 10x a day.
