I've just returned to my flat in Manchester to find several lovely surprises in my letterbox, including this very kind Christmas present from @okyeahbut.bsky.social at Gollancz - an early copy of HIGH VALUTAGE by Chris and Jen Sugden! I can't wait to start reading.

I have so many ARCs and digital proofs to read during January and I promise I will get round to them all eventually! Getting sent early copies of new books has been one of the most wonderful and unexpected parts of being a published author. Here's to a year full of reading for joy ❤️
