5. return of the obra dinn; potentially one of the best and most interesting mystery games of all time, definitely the one with the coolest visual style. do yourself the pleasure of solving what happened upon the obra dinn

SIGNALIS; a love letter to some of my other favourites that takes the genre and runs with it. one of the best horror experiences you can have. i love women and robots and horrors beyond my comprehension

3. Katamari Damacy; one of the best, brightest, and most colourful games out there. perfect for just chilling out and rolling or going hard at it. this game both stresses me out and calms me down and makes me laugh and i love that about her

1. SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS!!!!! probably my favourite of the team ICO trilogy even though i love all of them. i have won speedruns of the game and the loose "barely telling you anything" worldbuilding had me hooked at the start. the best colossi is avion btw
