First up is the Noss Saga by @joabaldwin.com Reviewing the first two books together because I read them around the same time. Where do I start? The world-building is phenomenal with the amount of detail the author puts on each page. The characters feel so real! Queer representation is also a plus.
I hate that any show/movie/game that does something “different” like have a mostly all female cast, or lots of characters of color, it is treated with torches and pitchforks by angry lonely men who can’t do anything better with their lives than to try and ruin these projects. Fuck “true fans”
In other news, the COVID booster is doing what it always does — makes me feel like crap. But I’d rather feel like crap for a day than the alternative.
Covid and flu shots GET
I'm just gonna drop this here... If you are interested, and you are confident you are qualified, let me know! I have over 50% of the book ready to be reviewed for final proofreading right now, and the other half will be available soon.
Gonna be extra werewolfy with the second "moon" showing up tonight.Gonna be extra werewolfy with the second "moon" showing up tonight.
I don't have claustrophobia but seeing those videos who wedge themselves into the smallest openings in caves, laying down and stuff...it triggers some primal lizard brain fight or flight in me. I don't understand the appeal. The idea of being trapped there and dying ala Nutty Putty is...no.I don't have claustrophobia but seeing those videos who wedge themselves into the smallest openings in caves, laying down and stuff...it triggers some primal lizard brain fight or flight in me. I want to do a collab where an artist draws an image of whatever they want, character/setting completely open. Then the writer has to write a story around that image.I want to do a collab where an artist draws an image of whatever they want, character/setting completely open. 13. I do not write every day! Years ago I lost my muse and stopped writing for years. When I picked it up again I told myself I would do everything I could to make it fun. I don't torture myself if I haven't written. I want to enjoy telling stories.13. I do not write every day! Years ago I lost my muse and stopped writing for years.
