I like rhubarb, and I like beer. Rhubarb ale was worth a try but I have to come down on the NO side. At least Her Eminence likes it.

What, He Never Died ain't a classic? Pshaw. Of course Rollins pretty much played himself in that one.

Bag full of beer and pretzels, other bag full of dice and journal... Now I get to go be a monster girl and sneak into the creepy frog people castle! #dnd

Oh gods. I remember learning to do that. It's like a merciless robot constantly reminding you that you can't count. Then you can, and everything is easier.

When it comes to my comic collection, I am 100% an ass man.

Plus all the usual "I am an unlikeable and deeply fucked male protagonist who works out my Big Issues by externalizing them all over everyone around me" litfic formula gets Extra Ick in the fantasy genre.

Hamilton is a hack. Donaldson is at least interesting, but he's trying to import the sensibility of contemporary litfic into genre fiction without really having much of a feel for the genre he is nominally writing in.

I think sequence. "Fiction First" as a term of art is about play where fiction is the primary input to the rules engine, which in turn generates new fictional position. The other branch where fiction is a trump to mechanics is more of an OST "rulings not rules" thing.
