*hugs tight* these things happen when dealing with latex, its very strong and stretchy till you find a place that randomly is not as a factory fault in the making process, its just the way it is dont beat your self up too much, i want you to get back in the saddle so you can enjoy its amazing feel
ahhh man that sucks, looks like it had a weak spot or somthing, because that little stretch should not have ripped it. I am sorry to hear that it took so long to get, i can try to help you with repairs if you need. And great to see you trying it out and i hope once fixed you like it :)
