I have already rewritten the bot in TypeScript for Deno 2.0. It was kinda fun, I think I'll stick with Deno for a while! Deno Deploy hasn't been updated to 2.0 just yet, but hopefully I'll be able to try out my bot there soon. It works locally, so I could always self-host again if all else fails. 😌

So I was deliberating between finding a better hosting option or rewriting the code so my Pi can handle it better. None of that really sparked joy. Over the last few weeks I've been trying out Deno (instead of Node) and honestly, Deno Deploy might just offer me to host the bot for free.
