I never did understand the hoopla with pacbio. Love their people and informatics but in a world with ONT 10.4 flowcells it’s a hard sell

And a sequencer so cheap that I literally lost one for years and found it in a pile of paper on my desk, having never actually noticed it was missing, because there are so many lying around. A story I've heard from other people too. 😂
