Just finished that process. Curious if they’ll honor their commitment or whether we’ll have to file a class action suit. Wouldn’t be the first time 🤷‍♂️

If she puts the company into Chapter 11, she may be able to see these assets free and clear of consumer claims. So don't assume a class action gets you anywhere with a failing company.
