Really wanna go to the gym but can’t get over the fact that it feels so embarrassing

If your gym has a women’s section that’s so much more comfortable to start at. It’s empty at off hours and NO ONE wants to be looked at!!

That is very fair. I admit I started with at-home calisthenics to avoid having to deal with that struggle.
