the other day i was joking about toxicity in mobas, and someone in discord said their experience was super inclusive and welcoming, and they said the game in question was heroes of newerth, and i think i physically recoiled from my phone

My experience playing Dota2 was that they did a pretty good job putting toxic players in low prio. You would still see them sometimes in ranked but every report seemed to have consequences.
