I thought it might be fun to see just how much would break if I tried to upgrade Plains of Havoc from Unity 2022.3 to Unity 6 and... It literally just worked 🤯 It prompted me to auto-update some breaking changes in two scripts and had one minor visual artifact. #unity#indiedev#gamedev

Yeah, I found the same except for some weird fullscreen shader stuff that I wasn't happy with but Unity 6 allowed me to just delete it all anyway. It was a good experience.
