I'm in camp A-B. A is the most kobold-like, with B being more cartoony while keeping the general outline. Once you get to C-onwards, it enters the "cartoon creature" space that goblins often fall into as well, where to me it doesn't invoke 'kobold' or 'goblin' anymore, just 'short cute thing'

if you're concerned about spamming then doing a couple each day seems like a decent compromise, although I imagine at worst people who are bothered by it all at once might just unfollow for a few days then come back once it's done.
