I experience feelings like this and I am pretty sure its related to my ADD/anxiety. Not saying thats why you feel that way tho..I have a link to a reddit thread of people talking about this feeling and how they personally cope with it if you're interested.

all my friends say I have some form of ADHD and I hate it tbh cuz I wasn't like this before But yeah shoot :( can't hurt
