Every single day is like this, i just have so many options out there, perhaps start a new course on programming, or anything, but i just end up scrolling through reddit whilst my brain keep telling me how much time ''i don't have''.
I experience feelings like this and I am pretty sure its related to my ADD/anxiety. Not saying thats why you feel that way tho..I have a link to a reddit thread of people talking about this feeling and how they personally cope with it if you're interested.
