The Supreme Court already rejected the Independent State Legislature Theory.
All indications are that this scotus is entirely unbound. They're making it up as they go to suit their needs. All it'll take is a fresh court challenge. I have no intention of assuming a harris victory will be recognized unless and until I'm watching her taking the oath of office in January 2025
