Someday I hope a national politician will just say “trans rights are about suicide prevention” Make them own it. Make them answer questions like “are you in favor of these peoples in spite of all of the trans kids who will die because of them?”
I know there is real bigotry in this country but I also believe making assholes own “our policies are directly linked to suicide” will convince some people
ONCE. JUST ONE FUCKING TIME I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS ON NATIONAL TV. and i know the bad guys have bad-faith counterarguments to this that attempt to explain the suicide rate differently, but ***make them fucking defend their bullshit for once***
