It strikes me, yet again, that the physical response to “really need to eat a food” is to feel too queasy to eat a food, and that is just the WORST design imaginable.

Oh, I have this too, I think. At least, I am frequently unable to distinguish mild nausea from hunger, especially if I've been sick and both are equally likely.

I get the slightly less ridiculous "know I need to eat a food but no longer have the mental capacity to find/make/decide upon a food"
