Thanks for posting. I'll be reading and sharing with colleagues today. The article might address it, but the risk in Detroit is compounded by an increased chance of flooding paired with deteriorating infrastructure.
In a world where utility-scale solar seems like it's going to be the solution to climate change, this sure sounds like an argument in favor of rooftop solar just for resiliency.
