This is so small compared to the size of SOLI I wonder why they bothered. Completely immaterial and must have taken up significant management time.

I think it probably fills a bit of a gap in their components sourcing business. Agree it is small but so have quite a few of their previous acquisitions, and it is earnings enhancing as well #SOLI
