Good, but I think ultimately meaningless. Professors have about as much power as students.

Faculty at another U. here. I disagree. This may not topple her, but it is now impossible for anyone to defend her by saying that she has the support of the faculty. They are now on record as opposing her 2-1. It pushes her a lot closer to a tipping point.
