Don't question your life choices after 9pm. That sentence has saved me from overthinking countless times and it looks like Vasco needs to know it too.

This is actually something I actively try to keep in mind myself ´v`' I'm a chronic night-time worrier, and as hard as it is to hit the brakes when your thoughts start to spiral, it has saved me as well, more than a few times. Don't trust what your brain tells you after 9 pm.
