One minor but valid reason to not let Trump become president is that we'll (hopefully) see much fewer Timothy Snyder references, and much less of Timothy Snyder generally.

Asylum is a legal human rights under international law that the United States signed into. Since the start of this year dems, Harris especially, have pushed to end that to win Republican support. Selling out human rights for something that will never happen
