I should have started work on this year’s Christmas ghost story, but have yet to be visited by the Idea Fairy.

This is especially true when self publishing. Somehow even more true when your novella is about writers, and especially in scenes about an editor.

It’s even worse self publishing, because no matter how carefully you proof, you know there will be an error and it will ONLY be your fault. Dammit.
