Ha! Just got cited in a bonkers paper on using biotech to turn ALL carnivores vegan. Apparently guppies “self-regulate” pop size when predators are removed - so no need to worry about getting rid of predators. I guess dying by starvation or disease is morally better than being eaten?

The definition of fitness that I like the most is an individual’s genetic representation at some point in the future, which is still ambiguous but gives at least identifies the ambiguous part I.e the matter of time scale…
