Or is it that the EU charges/potential fines are a lot harder to prove vs the Brazil scenario, so it is taking longer? This is a guess though, but feels like EU stuff is a RICO charge and the Brazil stuff is straight up Murder charge
My guess is that he pivots massively if KH wins.
There was a provisional finding of a breach...but the law requires X have an opportunity to respond before a final decision, and if confirmed any penalties, is adopted.
Beyond the procedural stuff, I think it’s mostly that the mechanisms the EU has, like heavy fines, don’t particularly work for a privately owned money losing enterprise
