Did You Know? Around 80% of disabilities are ‘hidden.’ This means that a significant portion of the academic community may face unseen challenges when accessing content. Hidden disabilities can encompass a range of conditions, from cognitive and learning differences to chronic illnesses.

The Peer Review Innovation workshop at #R2RConf opened with a poll of participants on “What is current state of peer review”. Results: 1. Works well most of the time 0%; 2. Needs minor improvements 3%; 3. Needs major improvements 94%; 4. No longer fit for purpose in its current state 3%.
