South to southwest winds sustained between 20-30 mph with gusts to 40 mph forecast for Thursday afternoon * HUMIDITY...15-20 percent this afternoon, 19-25 percent Thursday afternoon * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
