The biggest, meanest guy on the chain gang is expected to keep the other convicts in line. There are perks if you're good at the job. And Vex is very good. Can't say how grateful I am to @donryu.bsky.social for this, I tried to come up with a cool idea for Vex and I think I succeeded!
