Basically the last thing to do now is to find some good cardboard envelopes and wait (and hope) for the books to be printed correctly.
The process of signing up to have access to an app for shipping large quantities of stuff is weirdly long and convoluted, but it's in motion now and will be completed before the books are printed. So that's another thing taken care of!
Kickstarter update: on the phone with the post office to set up a way to easily post 200 books when they're done.
