Capitol protest highlights divisions on transgender care for Colorado kids as advocates and opponents clash

On the top of the steps of Colorado's state capitol Saturday were those who want the state to restrict gender-affirming care access to adults. At the bottom of the steps was a small crowd advocating for trans rights.

Sigh...for the eleventy billionth time, these kids have parents who consent on their behalf. What these bigots want is for the law to treat trans kids differently than cis kids, which is blatant discrimination. Fuck gag.
