- it has been so long since I played platinum, as it was my first pokemon. But Torterra, Giritina, and Garchomp were for sure there as a kid. Modern day I would totally run Magmortar and Electivire, I love them. Probopass, Weavile, Croagunk, Gligar, and Drapion are all contendors for gen 4 too!
