I'm in the middle of the desert but I found a Japanese place with the most insane trove of Japanese whiskey, Fujisan. Yamasaki 12 yr with Japanese ice and distilled water. They're like comment on the ice content of the water and ice. Needless to say best whiskey I've ever had.
