Getting real tired of people who insist we have to vote for someone with a track record of fueling genocide because there's no better option. If there really is no better option, then we need a completely new political system.
It's always the fault of the potential voter who refuses to excuse genocide and not the candidate who refuses to condemn it.

It’s given me so much more empathy for the people I cover who have been victimized by the media. I completely understand now why victims of abuse and smear campaigns don’t speak to reporters.
Before I was written about more regularly I never realized how deeply biased some people in media are. Journalists lie then dumb ppl amplify these lies it hurts ur reputation! I’ve written about smear campaigns for years and covered Gamergate but god, it’s so much worse than you could even imagine.
We have such a crisis of media literacy in this country, but we also have a journalistic crisis. “Journalists” at these places will run completely false stories or spread misinfo as long as it suits their narrative. Doesn’t matter if it is false, it’s abt pushing their narrative
