Housing/landlord question: What’s a reasonable timeframe for my landlord to respond to an issue with our heating? We reported the issue 16 days ago and he has responded, but hasn’t organised a day or time for anyone to fix the issue

Depends on the issue. No heating, a few days max, less if children in the property.
