Trolley problem means essentially the same thing and probably resonates with more people!

I guarantee you outside of a slightly broader circle of people larger than the academic world, no one knows what a trolley problem is. And almost everybody knows what a pizza is. Other than strawberry or vanilla, almost all life choices are between bad and worse. Choose the less bad one.
