Over the year I've been getting more ambitious with my ideas and up the scale of what I can do. I never had that drive to push myself this hard in a long time. ...which lead to a drought of bun art. I have too many big ideas and not enough quick small ones. I think that's fine.
While I love art, I've always had a deep fond for lore & world-building. A bit overambitious but I hope to build and expand on the buns and their worlds in the future!
I may continue with something like this for "Atun's Thoughts.". Understand these are just my opinions and views. I kinda want to try to make it approachable for folks interested in commissioning lol. This has been ✨ Atun's Thoughts! ✨ See you next week!
I've been tinkering around with the idea of providing advice or opinions about things I enjoy. One was about commissioning and maybe some niche tech things. Idk, I'm still trying to work things out. ✨ This has been "Atun's Thoughts!" See you next week. ✨I've been tinkering around with the idea of providing advice or opinions about things I enjoy. I see why people recommend Loomis. Read one of the books, I now understand 3D circles (and blocking). Way better and fun than an Internet blog guide.
A small PSA to take care of your mental health. Venting helps, especially with a friend, but if you're me and don't have someone, writing journals can help too. Before 2022 I was terrible. I stressed myself so much and didn't fix it or vent those bottled emotions that it led to a "hollow" state.
"Some snacks and heat under the night sky." This amazing was done by 🎨 Guaaxi (She's available for comms!): guaaxi.carrd.cofuraffinity.net/view/55547449/
Every time I receive a WIP on Atun art (really any Atun art in general) I get so giddy and start spending 10~ minutes looking at it. Sketch, line art, finished artwork. I wish I could express that emotion in words better when talking to artists. ...I gotta find a better use for "✨ Atun speaks ✨"
I find it fascinating how a kemono artist's art style can reflect their country. Like as if the country took a common base, then modified it to fit its standards to draw. 🇯🇵, 🇨🇳, & 🇰🇷 kemono art share a similar base, but looks very different when illustrated. This applies to all of Asia and the west.
