Gengar is another one of my favorite Pokémons so he'd definitely be on my team For Gen 4 I used Bibarel for HMs, and I also used Alakazam because I think he's cool A bird-type for Flying (Pidgeot or Staraptor), and Emolga because cute. Unfortunately Emolga can't learn fly lol
