Today is my first day of my intensive outpatient program which I will now be calling #CrazyCamp. I’ve never needed this much mental health care before so it all feels very big and imposing. Can somebody tell me I’m allowed to get a little treat on the way?

I prescribe a lil treat as part of this particular dosage increase you've got going on - which is what needing more care now than maybe in the past is, is just a dose change for your "meds", in this case increased care. <3
