I mean, not modeling something that players won't see is smart of From and is something that, optimization-wise, they should do more, not less. I don't think it's really anything that supports your argument, it's just a totally separated factoid.

They could have just opted not to make a boss that is all about the moves only, as well. They could have applied more restraint, like the many beautifully quiet and empty places in the DLC.
