More weapon variety, so gave them a shotgun! I have never liked the "standing with the big mine in hand" pose from the incursors, so gave them a more active pose with the mine attached to the hip. Still looks cumbersome though 😅
Made the sergeant in from intercessor body to get some armour variety. Made a gunner with grenade launcher to use them in Kill Team and because it looked cool 😁
Got a couple of Black Templar characters to finish. A Techmarine and an Ancient.

I didn't like the desolation squads design so I played with the idea of a more traditional SM missile launcher look, with some extra gadgets. I also went with phobos armour instead, beacuse I wanted them to feel more like a stealthy indirect fire support team.
I took inspiration from how a real AT-team would function, with a leader coordinating and designating targets and a loader carrying ammunition. Both carrying carbines to support/defend the squad
