Let's agree that bombing refugee camps is an inhumane strategy. What alternative strategy do you think Israel should pursue against Hamas, given that that most of their infrastructure is in civilian areas?

well for starters the prime minister of israel should stop not-so-discretely funding/supporting hamas so as to undermine other palestinian groups that want other, more peaceful avenues to form a state and reinforce his own power by having a permanent enemy
