I started my work sabbatical last week and already getting antsy to get back to work again. How do people force themselves to relax when you get so used to living in a always-busy state of mind?

Getting away from the computer usually helps me slow down a bit. 😅

My first week off the job was spent going to different museums or touristy places that would normally be busy but now i could go on a weekday!! I recommend museums and zoo trips 🫡 its like school field trips but just for you!
